Course Information
This course meets all of the following continuing education requirements of OREC for Oklahoma Resident Sales Associates and Resident Broker Associates: 1 hour - Broker Relationships Act 1 hour - Code and Rules 6 hours - Contracts and Forms 1 hour - Fair Housing 1 hour - Hot Topic 3 hours - Professional Conduct and Ethics 17 hours - Electives By enrolling in this course, you agree to all of the following: Tuition: $80 Refund Policy: Refunds will only be made in the case of a course being cancelled prior to the student’s completion of the course. Contingency Plans in the Event of Course Cancellation: If the course is canceled by Petrichor Haven of Real Estate Knowledge Vapors LLC prior to the student’s completion of the course, the student may opt for a full refund or transfer to another course offering of equivalent value. Time Limit: The student must complete the course within 90 days of course purchase. Due to the asynchronous, online nature of all courses there are no make-ups permitted for incomplete for failed courses. In such cases, the student may re-enroll in the course for full tuition costs. Course Final Exam Policy: The course includes a final exam consisting of 200 multiple-choice questions. The minimum passing score for this is 140/200 (i.e., 70%). Grade Policy: The student must correctly answer a minimum of 70% of the questions on the final exam for the course to pass the course.
